Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

TCS Plus Experts provides creative marketing, corporate branding, web design and development, business plan writing, legal corporate setup (CAC incorporation), and business launch package execution. Detailed scope, timelines, and deliverables are specified in your service package agreement.

2. Payment & Package Deliverables

• Business Launch Packages (Ignite, Elevate, Dominance): Fees are fixed one-off payments as quoted. Project commencement begins upon receipt of deposit/full payment.
• Project Timelines: Durations (e.g. 3-4 weeks for Ignite, 5-6 weeks for Elevate, 7-8 weeks for Dominance) are estimated from the date all client assets, copy, and legal documentation are received.
• Revisions: Package agreements include standard revision cycles as defined per deliverable. Additional out-of-scope revisions will be billed at standard agency hourly rates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment completion, full ownership rights to completed custom logos, brand guidelines, designed stationery, and client website code are transferred to the client. TCS Plus Experts retains the right to display completed design and website work in agency portfolio showcases.

4. Limitation of Liability

TCS Plus Experts will exercise all professional care in executing legal filings, technical code, and marketing campaigns. We are not liable for third-party service outages (e.g. domain registrars, hosting server hardware failure, or social media platform policy updates).
